Umm...yeah. I've made $700 this month. Not sure if this comment is serious or meant to be an insult.

God, I'm sorry. I have had so many people leave me negative comments that I just can't tell the different between the serious ones and the sarcastic ones. I'm really sorry about that. After answering a lot of hate mail tonight, I am just steamed. Anyway, I do have a few on etsy, but lately, I have been doing most of my sales on my facebook. I send the invoices via paypal and it just keeps me from having to lose money from all of the fees that etsy charges. They take $2 out of every sale I make which really hurts the shop. My keys are already the cheapest on the market in terms on the fantasy key theme. So losing money to corporate fees just doesn't support the craft very well. Especially when I have supplies to restock.

Well, Etsy's charges aren't that bad. I owe you an apology instead of you owing me one, cause I actually think you could do more with your pieces. They don't look that fantasy-ish, they look glued. You have great supplies to work with, and you could be more creative and have higher priced, better thought out pieces. You have sound business advice though, I might just use my etsy shop for show when i make my custom pendants. I know i'm just a random asshole on the internet, but you should challenge yourself to really make art.

If I'd asked for critiques, that would be one thing. But I currently make enough money to support my craft an that is all that matters. I'm sorry if you do no like them. If that is the case, then don't comment. I have 100s of fans who DO like them. I have only been doing this for a few months and the negative comments do NOT help me. At all. You have no right to say what is art and what isn't.

Not trying to say what is and isn't art, though I can if you can. Just saying, you could do more, and have thousands of fans instead of hundreds. Gives me hope though, if your keys with tin roses can make it, I feel so awesome about my chances. Enjoy your business, and don't let something you're not considering put you off of it anyways. If you're not listening, and you've got your own stuff worked out, there's nothing to be upset about.
